Return Policy: Customized Products
All products customized by YOU are NOT eligible for return or refund.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Size Exchanges
Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds from NEUINK’s side either. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.
Wrong Address
If you as a customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Free Shipping
Anywhere in the store where you see free shipping offers, they are only applicable to customers in the US.

Size Exchanges
Wrongly ordered sizes are eligible for a return within 30 days of the order being placed. The product must not be a customized product and must be in its original state/condition.
