What's the minimum order (MOQ)?
Our standard minimum is 25 pairs per design. Mixed sizes can count toward the total where the selected product supports them.
How long is the lead time?
Lead time is confirmed after we review your artwork, quantity and destination. Production begins after the digital proof is approved.
What artwork do you need?
Vector AI, EPS or PDF files are preferred. High-resolution PNG and JPG files can also be reviewed by our design team.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated from the order quantity, destination and service level, then confirmed in your quote before payment.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are shown on your custom quote. Production begins after the required payment and digital-proof approval are complete.
Can I get samples first?
Yes. Tell us whether you need a blank sample or a custom pre-production sample and we will confirm cost and timing.
